Nicki and her family moved to Rogers, AR in 2003 where she continued her Real Estate journey and earned a bachelor's in business management degree from the University of Pheonix. She has been a top sales agent in NWA since 2012 and continues to grow her business and mentor other agents. I probably texted or called her daily about properties and she immediately got back to me. On top of that, the house we ended up buying was new construction with some significant yard issues and Nicki communicated back and forth with the builder and the agents to make sure I was taken care of. After we closed, there were still issues, and Nicki continued communicating with me and with the builders to make sure I was still being taken care of... AFTER CLOSE. That is unheard of.
